Description: Chester Backpackers is a clean, comfortable and friendly hostel in a lovely black and white traditional mock Tudor building in the center of beautiful Chester. Chester is an amazing city - fantastic cathedral, superb old buildings and is Britain's most complete walled city. There are numerous museums to visit, Roman sites to wander around, Britain's biggest zoo, great shopping and a lovely river. The nightlife is excellent too with great pubs and clubs and we are just 2 minutes walk from all of this. Come and stay a day or two, or even longer and explore North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester and Snowdonia National Park, all on Chester's doorstep. Our friendly and helpful staff will give you all the information you need. Most rooms en-suite, All linen freshly laundered, Free Tea and Coffee, 5 Minutes walk from railway station. The hostel is located close to all amenities, the city center, shops, city walls and pubs.
Directions: From the train station walk straight ahead up City Road, turn left at the bottom of this road just after The Chester Hangman pub onto Boughton Street and we are 150m on the left just past the video store.From the National Express bus stop follow Union Street in the opposite direction to the Roman amphitheatre until the traffic lights. Turn right onto Boughton, we are 200m up the road on the left.
